Selected Work
Each row opens into the brief, the deliverables, and where it stands today — kept deliberately high-level out of respect for our clients. Some of this is still in flight, and it's marked that way. Deeper detail on request.
AI Strategy & Enablement
The Problem
The leadership team had access to AI and no leverage from it — no structure, no reusable prompts, and an open question about what happens to commercially sensitive information typed into a chat box. The gap wasn’t tooling. It was fluency.
What We Did
Where It Landed
Both principals now run their own AI work directly.
No dependency on us to operate the tools, no queue for a prompt. The measure of a good enablement engagement is that it ends.
Stack
The Problem
Staff and contractors were each inventing their own AI practice — different tools, different quality, no shared standard, and no honest read on which of it actually served client work. An agency selling craft can’t afford invisible variance in how the work gets made.
What We Did
Where It Landed
One documented standard, and a stack tied to real client work.
Not a tool wishlist. A recommendation the agency can defend to its own clients, with the reasoning written down.
Scope
Automation & Systems
The Problem
A church that wanted to listen to every person who walked through the door, at a scale no spreadsheet or staff member could hold. Prayer cards piled up. Sermon archives went unsearched. Mentorship happened when someone happened to notice.
What We’re Building
Where It Landed
Delivered at our ministry rate.
Churches and nonprofits get discounted access to the same Tier 1 work everyone else buys. Scope and standards don’t change with the invoice.
Stack
Consulting and systems work across KFG’s studio operations — web presence, product positioning and customer retention. The centerpiece is a full workforce inventory: skills, game genres and relevant experience mapped across the studio, so staffing a project stops being a memory exercise.
Growth & Visibility
The Brief
A long-established commercial landscaping and irrigation company in Orlando with a strong reputation offline and very little presence online. Phase 1 — “Get Findable” — is a deliverables-based engagement to make the business discoverable, credible and measurable in local search.
Delivered
In Progress

Delivered as technical partner on a phased program. Further detail on request.
Product & Thought
An in-house product built end to end — full-stack architecture, go-to-market strategy and infrastructure automation on Next.js, PostgreSQL and Vercel.
A blog for AI-curious pastors. Plain-language thought leadership at the crossroads of theology, psychology and technology — paired with plug-and-play prompts pastors can actually use on Monday morning.
